First -- I am annoyingly picky and have high expectations. And I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! Starting with my initial interactions with them online -- questions about sizing, lumens, getting samples to compare colors, etc. It was a "real live" person who was helpful, patient, and kind. The shipping time was quick and the packaging was fantastic. AND MOST OF ALL I LOVE MY FIXTURE. It's literally perfect -- the color, the size, the amount of light it emits, the vibe it gives the room -- ALL OF IT. It truly MAKES the room that it's in. And I'm already looking for more lighting from Velora for other locations in my home. They're truly great and I recommend them to EVERYONE.
